RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Due to hygiene purposes the following products are not exchangeable/ refundable: 
    - Panties
    - Girdles
    - Products on sale
    - Accessories
  2. All return/ exchange products must be in original condition where label tags are still intact; items unused, unwashed and unworn. If the returned product is in a condition where Wacoal deemed to be unsuitable, Wacoal Singapore reserve the right to send them back to the customer.
  3. At Wacoal Singapore, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our products went through stringent quality check before being delivered to our valued customers. In the event if there is a manufacturing fault, we will honour a return of the faulty merchandise. Wacoal Singapore will not honour returned products that are damaged / defect caused by reasons other than material quality, the original product will be returned to you.
  4. Wacoal Singapore do not accept return/ refund for products that are purchased from sources other than Wacoal Singapore.
Return & Exchange
  1. To return or request for exchange, kindly fill in the Return Request form here

    Our Customer Care team will contact you from Monday – Friday to provide you a Return Authorisation Form (RAF) and assist you in our return/ exchange process. A RAF is required to be attached with your returning product(s) when mailing back to Wacoal Singapore.

  2. Return & exchange of products is solely by Ninja van. Return of products ordered online cannot be returned / exchanged at any Wacoal retail boutiques or Wacoal departmental stores counters.
  3. Return must be within 7 working days upon receiving the product(s).
  4. Return product(s) should reach Wacoal Singapore within 5 working days once a Return Authorisation Form (RAF) is issued.
  5. Return product without Return Authorisation Form (RAF) will not be accepted for return / exchange.
  6. All return/ exchange product(s) will remain as customers’ responsibility until it reaches Wacoal Singapore.
Refund
  1. Wacoal Singapore will refund your credit card for the total price you originally paid. Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable for returned products.
  2. Refund request made within one day of purchase will be done through customer’s credit card.
  3. The Return & Exchange policy only applies to product(s) purchased online from Wacoal Singapore.
  4. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Wacoal Singapore Pte Ltd shall be final and conclusive.
