Where can I sign up for Wacoal membership?

You can sign up for Wacoal membership online here. 

What is the benefit for Wacoal membership?

Earn Wacoal membership points with the value amount of your purchase, and offset them from your next purchase on regular priced item. Receive 15% birthday treats and enjoy tier membership benefits when you attain higher level of the membership.

Can I use my accumulated Wacoal membership points/ birthday discount / tier benefit product voucher for my online purchase?

Yes, you may use your accumulated Wacoal membership points both online and in stores.

While for points redemption, select the available redemption points and key in your desired points to redeem.

 

When will the membership points earned from my online purchases at Wacoal Singapore be credited into my account?

Membership points earned from Wacoal Singapore’s online purchase will only be credited into your account after 14 working days once your order has been placed.

How long does my Wacoal membership points last?

The accumulated earned points is only valid for 1 year from your last purchase.

Is there an expiry for Wacoal membership?

There is no expiry date for Wacoal membership. However, there is an expiry of 1 year for membership tier. 
Members will be allowed to retain the upgraded tier for the remaining duration if you attain the qualifying spent amount within the validity period.

Do I have to sign up for Wacoal membership to do purchase online?

No, you can shop and check out as guest. Signing up for Wacoal membership allows you to enjoy Wacoal member’s benefits.

 

What if I forgot my membership account Username and Password.

Username: Wacoal membership account identify each Members through their NRIC No. /Mobile No. Log in into your Wacoal membership account with your NRIC No. /Mobile No.

Password: If you have forgotten your account password, please click Sign In and select on the “forgot password” link. You will receive an email to reset your password.

 

How do I change my contact details in my membership account?

You can change your contact details by logging into your My account > My profile

 

What is membership SMS/ EDM blast.

When you sign up for Wacoal SMS/ EDM blast during your membership sign up, you will receive the following benefits.

  • Birthday reminder

How do I know if there is a Sales going on?

There will be a SALE icon display on the product.

How many promo codes can I apply?

You can only use 1 promo code per purchase.

 Can I change / cancel order after submitting my orders?

We will process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we’re unable to accept any changes or cancellations to your order. However, you can email us your queries here.

How do I exchange my online purchase?

To exchange, please refer to our Exchange policy here. Exchange is only valid for change of size/ colours and can only be done once. Due to hygiene purposes, products such as panties, girdles, junior panties, accessories (such as bra pads) and products on sale are not valid for exchange.

What happen if I received a wrong product from my online purchase?

We take pride in checking every product that are in good saleable condition before dispatching your order. In the event that you’ve received the wrong product in your order, kindly email us here for more information. Do note that the intended product(s) for return / exchange must still be in original condition with label tag(s) still intact, unwashed and unworn. If the returned product(s) is in a condition where Wacoal deemed to be unsuitable, Wacoal Singapore reserve the right to send them back to the customer.

What Payment methods can Wacoal Singapore accepts?

Currently only E-nets credit cards are accepted for online payment

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we are only shipping within Singapore

 
When would I receive my orders?

After 3 working days.

For delivery option, it will be from 9am - 10pm. An automated SMS will be sent to you before delivery by Ninja Van.

For in-store self-collection, you can choose your preferred collection date and pick-up location. Kindly note the operating hours of your selected boutique before collection.

 

How can I change my delivery and contact details after my order?

Can I do self-collection at Wacoal boutiques?

Yes, self-collection is free and is only available at Wacoal Boutique.
To opt for self-collection, simply select “In-store Self-collection”. The collection date will be ready after 3 working days.
