One of Wacoal's newest release is our long girdle AU4001. A high waist and strong control girdle with so many functions to ensure you get the sihoutte that you desire while not compromising in comfort levels.

- Printed honey comb pattern in inner girdle that provides ultra control to flatten tummy, smooth back & lifting up the hips for a flattering shape & smooth outline.

- Features anti-slip function at girdle top front around the waist area to prevent rolling.

Hand-wash separately from clothes in lukewarm or cold water with a neutral detergent.
Do not apply detergent directly onto the fabric as it may cause discoloration. Dissolve detergent in water first and use the solution to wash.
Do not use hot water or bleach as they may discolor fabrics.
Wash dark colored items separately from light colored ones.
All brassieres, padded brassieres and girdles with wire or bone support should be hand washed. Machine-washing may damage the shape of the garment.
Avoid scrubbing as it may damage the fabric or delicate details. A soft toothbrush may be used to gently clean straps and underwire sections but not the cups.
Items without padding, wire or bone support can be machine-washed. Use a ‘lingerie laundry bag’ to prevent fabric damage from other clothes. All items with hooks or zips should be fastened before washing. Do not spin-dry.

All return/ exchange products must be in original condition, label tags must be intact; products must be unwashed and unworn. If the returned product is in a condition where Wacoal deemed to be unsuitable, Wacoal Singapore reserves the right to send them back to the customer.
At Wacoal Singapore, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our products went through stringent quality check before being delivered to our valued customers. In the event if there is a manufacturing fault, we will honour a return of the faulty merchandise. Wacoal Singapore will not honour returned products that are damaged / defect caused by reasons other than material quality, the original product will be returned to you.
Wacoal Singapore do not accept return/ refund for products that are purchased from sources other than Wacoal Singapore.
Return & Exchange
To return or request for an exchange, kindly fill in the Return Request Form here. Our Customer Care team will contact you from Monday – Friday to provide you a Return Authorisation Form (RAF) and assist you in our return/ exchange process. A RAF is required to be attached with your returning product(s) when mailing back to Wacoal Singapore.
Return & exchange of products is solely by Ninja van. Return of products ordered online cannot be returned / exchanged at any Wacoal retail boutiques or Wacoal departmental stores counters.
Return must be within 7 working days upon receiving the product(s).
Return product(s) should reach Wacoal Singapore within 5 working days once a Return Authorisation Form (RAF) is issued.
Return product without Return Authorisation Form (RAF) will not be accepted for return / exchange.
All return/ exchange product(s) will remain as customers’ responsibility until it reaches Wacoal Singapore.
Refund
Wacoal Singapore will refund your credit card for the total price you originally paid. Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable for returned product(s).
The refund amount will only be credited back after 14 working days once the order has been placed.
Refund request made within one day of purchase will be done through the customer’s credit card.
The Return & Exchange policy only applies to product(s) purchased online from Wacoal Singapore.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Wacoal Singapore Pte Ltd shall be final and conclusive.
