Wired or non-wired?

A wire holds the cup shape and transfers weight to the band, so it gives more lift and more separation — useful in larger cups and under structured clothing. A non-wired bra relies on the fabric and band alone: softer, better for long days and for sleeping or travelling, with less defined shape. Neither is better for your health; it is a comfort and shape decision. If a wire digs at the centre or under the arm, that is usually a cup-size or wire-width problem rather than a reason to abandon wires.
