How do I know if there is a Sales going on?

How many promo codes can I apply?
You can only use 1 promo code per purchase.
Can I use my 15% birthday discount on the promo / sale product(s)?
No, your 15% birthday discount is only applicable for regular-priced product(s) and non-applicable to promo and sale product(s).
Can I change / cancel order after submitting my orders?
We will process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we’re unable to accept any changes or cancellations to your order. However, you can email us your queries here.
How do I return my online purchase?

How do I exchange my online purchase?
To exchange, please refer to our Exchange policy here. Exchange is only valid for change of size/ colours and can only be done once.
For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds/ exchanges on panties, girdles, junior panties, accessories (such as bra pads).
Sale / Promo product(s) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What happens if I received the wrong product from my online purchase?
We take pride in checking every product that is in good saleable condition before dispatching your order. In the event that you’ve received the wrong product in your order, kindly email us here for more information. Do note that the intended product(s) for return / exchange must still be in original condition with label tag(s) still intact, unwashed and unworn. If the returned product(s) is in a condition where Wacoal deemed to be unsuitable, Wacoal Singapore reserve the right to send them back to the customer.
Why am I unable to check out my purchase?
You are unable to check out if you are applying your 15% birthday voucher on the cart containing regular-priced and promo / sale product(s). We suggest splitting the promo / sale product(s) to another transaction in order to enjoy the 15% birthday discount on the regular-priced product(s).

Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we are only shipping within Singapore.
When would I receive my orders?
After 5 working days.
For delivery option, it will be from 9am - 10pm. An automated SMS will be sent to you before delivery by Ninja Van.
For in-store self-collection, you can choose your preferred collection date and pick-up location. Kindly note the operating hours of your selected boutique before collection.
How can I change my delivery and contact details after my order?

Can I do self-collection at Wacoal boutiques?
Yes, self-collection is free and is only available at Wacoal Boutique.
To opt for self-collection, simply select “In-store Self-collection”. The collection date will be ready after 5 working days.
