What bra sizes does Wacoal carry in Singapore?
Bands run 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 and 100. Cups run A through H, including DD. Bra tops and camisole styles are sized S to 4L instead.
Wacoal Singapore uses Japanese sizing in centimetres. A 75 band is a 34 in UK notation, an 80 is a 36, and so on. Note that product pages write the cup before the band — a size shown as B75 is the same bra a UK label would call 34B.
How do I find my bra size?
Two measurements. Your under-bust, tape held firm directly under the bust, gives your band. Your upper-bust minus your under-bust gives your cup. Wired or non-wired?
A wire holds the cup shape and transfers weight to the band, so it gives more lift and more separation — useful in larger cups and under structured clothing. A non-wired bra relies on the fabric and band alone: softer, better for long days and for sleeping or travelling, with less defined shape. Neither is better for your health; it is a comfort and shape decision. If a wire digs at the centre or under the arm, that is usually a cup-size or wire-width problem rather than a reason to abandon wires.
Which bra works under what?
- A white or fine shirt — seamless, in a shade close to your skin rather than white.
- Fitted knitwear or jersey — seamless or moulded, no lace texture.
- A wide or off-shoulder neckline — strapless, or a convertible with the straps removed.
- A low neckline — 3/4 cup or plunge.
- Exercise — a sports bra matched to impact level, not your usual bra.
How should a bra fit?
Five checks. The band sits level front and back. Two fingers, no more, slide under it on the loosest hook. The cups are smooth, with no gap at the top and nothing spilling at the side. The centre gore lies flat against the breastbone. The straps neither slip nor leave grooves.
